what we collect.
Tenth Auto is in early development. This notice covers the information submitted through our waitlist and private demo request form.
Information we collect
Your name, work email, shop or business name, role, whether you requested a demo, and the date and version of your consent. Cloudflare also processes limited technical information needed for security, bot prevention, rate limiting, and service operation.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the Tenth Auto waitlist, respond to demo requests, understand interest from repair shops, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not sell this information.
Where it is stored
Cloudflare D1 is the primary database. A controlled secondary copy may be stored in a private Google Sheet for follow-up and business operations. Access is limited to the Tenth Auto operator and service providers needed to run these systems.
Retention and deletion
Inactive waitlist records are deleted 365 days after your first submission. Security records are kept for up to 90 days. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing tenthautomation@gmail.com. Verified deletion requests will be completed within 30 days and applied to both the primary database and the secondary copy.
Private demos
Private demo links are single-use, expire automatically, and create a short-lived secure browser session. Demo activity uses fictional vehicle, labor, and parts information.
